Every visitor needs a ticket, even when the tickets are free.
General Admission
A general-admission ticket allows you to
- visit our permanent galleries
- watch an ultra-high-definition movie.
Bug Adventure
If you want to visit the special exhibition Bug Adventure, you must get a ticket combo, which includes general admission for the same day.
Bug Adventure tickets are not sold separately.

Library Nature Card
We require notice at least 24 hours in advance and some information when you want to use the Nature Card from the library for free general admission.
Eligible Individuals
If you qualify for free admissions, you can obtain your tickets at the museum on the day of your visit, or at least 24 hours in advance.

You can obtain your free-admissions tickets at the museum on the day of your visit, or at least 24 hours in advance.
